Kits Point

On the rear, south-facing terrace of this Kits Point condominium, porcelain tile surfacing, custom steel planters and a unique steel and glass water feature were designed to blend seamlessly with the existing railings and architectural detailing. Planting provides visual screening from the neighbours and a green backdrop for the contemporary furnishings. On the front, upper terrace, with a full-length outdoor sectional sofa and a custom stainless steel firepit, the clients are able to entertain or lounge by the fire long into the evening while enjoying the amazing views of English Bay.
