Yaletown
An outdoor living room was what the clients wanted for their 850 square foot second floor condominium terrace in Yaletown – a lush, green, private oasis in the heart of the city, with a space for dining and a space for relaxing. As the focal point of the terrace, the design included a custom glass and stainless steel water feature with wrap-around copper troughs, a bench seat with built-in planter and storage, and lattice screens for added privacy. The existing pavers were replaced with dimensional Pennsylvania Bluestone. Lightweight fiberglass planters were chosen, and specimen planting was selected for year-round appeal. Contemporary furniture added the finishing touch.
