West Point Grey

Watermark Gardens provided both design and construction services for this 6,000 square foot Vancouver property. The work focused on the renovation of the rear yard and deck to maximize and enhance the outdoor living space. A patio area surfaced in dimensional porcelain tile provides for comfortable seating around a natural gas fire table. Large evergreen magnolias create a year-round visual screen to neighbours, while a unique water feature adds a gently bubbling calmness to the space. Colourful and elegant border plantings and seasonal pots complete the design, creating a quiet place to escape from the workaday world.
